Leaders to gather in Rapid City to alleviate hunger in South Dakota
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
APRIL 23, 2018 – RAPID CITY, SOUTH DAKOTA – Partners Against Hunger will gather tomorrow, April 24 at 10:00 AM, for a one-day symposium on “Approaches to Alleviating Hunger” in South Dakota.
The event is hosted by Western South Dakota Community Action, Inc., Partners Against Hunger, and the South Dakota Synod of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America.
Topics for the symposium include: food distribution programs, community gardens, and a “pay-what-you-can” nonprofit café dedicated to serving nutritious meals in the Rapid City Area.
