IDI Session 3 for Candidacy Committee & Seminarians

Session 3 continues the large and small group conversations, with a mindset towards developing personal and organizational intercultural competence as leaders in God’s gospel-centered work. The session includes a view of the Synod Candidacy Group IDI Profile report, exploration of the IDI Orientation Continuum, and development of learning opportunities and goals.
