EQHR Core Essentials: The Foundation of Emotional Intelligence Virtual Workshop

Research indicates that strong emotional intelligence (EQ) is essential for being an outstanding leader. This highly interactive workshop, designed for faith-based leaders, will improve human relations skills by focusing on the four essential areas of EQ: self-awareness, self-management, social-awareness and relationship management. Self-awareness of one’s emotions and having the acquired tools to strengthen emotional intelligence will enable participants to maximize their effectiveness as they face the rigors of their faith-based organizations.

This Workshop is sponsored in part by the South Dakota Synod, ELCA. Includes a ESCI 360 degree assessment, required to be completed appx. 3 weeks prior to event. Earn 40 CE hours. Space is limited!
