The South Dakota Synod and Lutheran Social Services of South Dakota invite you to join us for the 2026 Interfaith Day at the South Dakota State Capitol in Pierre. On January 29, 2026, we will come together to pray with our neighbors of all faiths for peace and unity across South Dakota
The day will start at 10 AM with morning coffee at Lutheran Memorial Church (320 E Prospect Ave., Pierre, SD 57501). Morning Prayer in the Rotunda to follow at 11:00 AM. A light lunch will be provided at Lutheran Memorial.

In addition to the regular schedule for Interfaith Day, there will be optional events for high school youth (grades 10-12), including a guest speaker and a service project.

Youth are encouraged to attend as part of a youth group with at least two adult leaders, or can be accompanied by a parent/guardian. Additional supervision, transportation, and participation details are included in the registration link.
