Next Tuesday, five travelers from South Dakota will be visiting our Companion Synod in Cameroon. Bishop David Zellmer, Rev. Bill Tesch, Rev. Natanael Lizarazo, Rev. Jess Daum, and Rev. Trisha Boese will be traveling to Cameroon, Africa to participate in the installation of the new Bishop of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in Cameroon, Rev. Dr. Ruben Ngozo, and the new assistant to the bishop, Rev. Adolphe Telessam.
They will also be attending the rededication of the hospital in Garoua-Boulaï.
The majority of the group will be returning on December 5. Bishop Dave will continue to travel in Cameroon with Bishop Ngozo for six pastor installations and to teach at the seminary in Meiganga.
