Boundaries Workshops

Is it all right to be ‘friends’ with church members? How many days in a row without a day off is healthy? Five? Eight? Fourteen? What is expected when I retire?

Have you ever asked yourself any of these questions in your ministry?

Pastor Ryan Gage and Deacon Susan Marone will be leading two Boundaries Workshops on February 18 at Outlaw Ranch (part of the Bear Butte Retreat) and February 21 at Our Savior’s Lutheran in Sioux Falls.

These informative workshops will provide an overview of misconduct prevention, addresses particular concerns regarding social networking, and helps us talk through ministry with sex offenders. The Boundaries Workshop encourages leaders to be healthy and to lead others by modeling healthy relationships and work habits.
