Retired Pastor, Rev. Kenneth Dugan, of Rapid City passed away on October 19, 2016.
Visitation will be from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. on Oct. 24, at South Canyon Lutheran Church.
Burial at 10:30 a.m. Oct. 25, at Black Hills National Cemetery near Sturgis. A procession will leave at 9:45 a.m. from Osheim & Schmidt Funeral Home. Services will be at 2 p.m. at South Canyon Lutheran Church.
