David C. Eitrheim, M.D., son of Bishop Emeritus Norm and Clarice Eitrheim, passed away on January 1, 2016 at home surrounded by family. Memorial services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, January 9, 2016 at Our Savior’s Lutheran Church in Menomonie, WI. A private burial will take place at Evergreen Cemetery in Menomonie. There will be visitation from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Friday at Our Savior’s Lutheran Church and one hour prior to the services on Saturday. A full obituary may be found online.
